These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to NLO Platform ("Platform"), owned by NLO Coding. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2Service Description
NLO Platform is an AI platform for automating SaaS business creation. The Platform provides: - AI agents for market research, planning, coding, and deployment. - Project management and business plan tools. - Integration with GitHub, Railway, Telegram, and other services. - AI consultant powered by Claude API.
3Accounts
You are responsible for: - Providing accurate information during registration. - Keeping your password and API keys confidential. - All actions taken under your account. - Immediately reporting unauthorized access.
4Acceptable Use
You must not: - Use the Platform for illegal activities. - Attempt unauthorized access to systems. - Overload the service with automated requests. - Distribute malware through created projects. - Violate third-party intellectual property rights.
5Intellectual Property
The Platform, its code, design, and the NLO Platform brand belong to NLO Coding. You retain full rights to: - Business plans created on the Platform. - Projects and code generated by AI agents for you. - Content and data you upload to the Platform.
6AI-Generated Content
Content created by AI agents (research, plans, code): - Is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or completeness. - May require review and refinement. - Does not constitute professional legal, financial, or business advice. - You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
7Limitation of Liability
NLO Coding is not liable for: - Damages from using AI-generated content. - Downtime or errors of third-party services (Supabase, GitHub, Railway). - Data loss due to user actions. - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8Termination
We may suspend or close your account if: - You violate these Terms. - You abuse Platform resources. - Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected. You may delete your account at any time through settings.
9Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee: - Uninterrupted service operation. - Accuracy of AI-generated results. - Compatibility with all browsers and devices. - Commercial success of projects created on the Platform.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if not possible, in the competent court at the location of NLO Coding.
