NLO Platform ("Platform"), owned by NLO Coding, respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using the Platform, you agree to this policy.
1Data Collection
We collect the following data: - Account info: email, name, avatar (via Supabase Auth registration). - Project data: ideas, business plans, code, agent configurations you create on the Platform. - Technical data: IP address, browser type, OS, session data to ensure service operation. - API keys: third-party service keys you add in settings (stored encrypted).
2Data Usage
Your data is used for: - Operating the Platform and AI agents. - Generating business plans, code, and analytics using AI. - Deploying projects to hosting. - Sending notifications via Telegram Bot. - Improving service quality and fixing bugs.
3Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with: - Supabase — authentication and database. - Anthropic (Claude API) — AI analysis and content generation. - GitHub (Octokit) — code repository management. - Trigger.dev — background task execution. - Railway — project deployment. - Telegram Bot API — notifications. Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary.
4Cookies
We use: - Session cookies for authentication (Supabase Auth). - Local storage for interface settings. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
5Data Security
We protect your data with: - Connection encryption (HTTPS/TLS). - Row Level Security (RLS) in Supabase for user data isolation. - Encrypted API keys in the database. - Regular dependency updates and security monitoring.

We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained longer.
